To restructure the farm and adapt it to market conditions, the farmer will increase the area by renting 4,907 decares of cherry garden and 3,661 decares of plum garden on January / 2020. The newly-built gardens will be cultivated according to the organic production method and for this purpose will be signed a contract for control and certification by the organic production method. A water pump will be purchased in May 2019 for the reduction of manual labor on watering plants, with which an investment will start implementing the business plan at the latest nine months from the date of the conclusion of the grant agreement.Within 36 months from the date of signing the grant agreement, but no later than the end date of the business plan completion period, the farmer will meet the requirements for professional skills and competencies by completing a course of training of 150 hours if possible under sub-measure 1.1 "Vocational training and skills acquisition".If the completion of a 150-hour course includes a subject / module with a duration of at least 15 hours on major environmental protection problems in the agricultural sector, the applicant will undergo this training at the same time, otherwise he will participate in training / information on these issues lasting at least 8 school hours (November-December 2020). In order to comply with the plant protection law, the farmer will continue to keep a regular journal on the use of plant protection products, fertilizers and soil improvers.In connection with an increase in production, one job is to be opened on the holding at the latest one year before the submission of the final payment documents (at the latest from 1 March 2020).
