Start-up support for setting up and developing farms for young farmers

Farm have enough land for its development. The arable land will not be increased in future. During the first business year a land with total area of 0,4280 will be rented. That land will be planted with cauliflower. At the same time farmer will drop off the areas that are based on one year contracts. Farm will be specialized in the field of vegetable crops. Implementation of the business plan begins in the first business year by purchasing a milling machine. After that farmer will build on two stages greenhouses with total area of 0,0810 hectares. Volume of production will increase. That will make the farm more suitable to the market conditions. The cost of production will be significantly reduced. Farm will become more competitive. Farmer is planning to employ one person on a permanent employment contract in the second business year. He will declare each year his areas for direct payments support and state aid schemes applicable to his holding.
