Ilina Tashkova will cultivate the agricultural crops on the farm according to the production program described in the business plan. The main intentions and development goals are to increase the economic size by creating 6,000 decares of plum garden on part of the available agricultural land. The new 6,000 decares of plums are planned to be certified for organic production. Until submitting the application for a second payment under the sub-measure, the applicant will receive training on major environmental protection issues in the agricultural sector. Ilina Tashkova will also acquire professional skills and competences by completing a course of 150 hours in the field of agriculture. Increasing workload will result in the need to create additional employment - 1 worker on an 8-hour working day.
