In order to achieve the viability of the farm and the proper implementation of the business plan, the applicant plans to carry out the following activities: 1. Creation of a new permanent crop of 7 dka cherries. It is planned to be established in 2021 on rented land. 2. As the size of the project is expanding, the need for a workforce arises and the applicant intends to open one job by appointing a worker-grower on the labor contract in the third year of the business plan. 3.To the date of verification of the implementation of the business plan, training will be undertaken for acquiring professional qualification in agriculture, using the 1 "Knowledge transfer and awareness actions" of RDP 14-20. 4. Also, by the date of the verification of the implementation of the business plan, training on the main environmental problems will be completed, using m 1 of the RDP 2014-2020. 5. The maintenance of plant protection diaries and the purchase of work clothes will meet the requirements for compliance with European standards.
