Development of an agricultural holding in the Plant growing sector on the territory of Targovishte region

Nazif Isufov Nazifov is a registered agricultural producer from January 13.2017 according to Ordinance № 3 of 29.01.1999 for establishing and maintaining a register of agricultural producers and the amendments and additions thereto, in SG, no. 2 of 08.01.2008 Nazif Nazifov is growing his fruit holding in the "Plant-growing" sector and more specifically in "Fruits and vegetables" sector by cultivating 20,000 decares of perennial orchards - cherries. The applicant's gardens are located in the village of Gorno Novkovo, municipality of Omurtag. The orchard is created on properties for which the applicant has legal grounds under the notarial deeds for ownership of ideal parts of the property and has a lease contract for the rest of the ideal parts of the property. The project proposal provides for investments in expanding the applicant's plant with 6,000 decares of apricot plantations, which will be growing as biological and ecological way, investments in purchase of agricultural equipment, passing a specifical agricultural lessons and investment in employment creation. Being a good farmer, Nazif Nazifov is aimed at developing a competitive economy and increasing its economic sustainability, which will be achieved with the investments envisaged under the project.
