Starting aid for the establishment and development of the young farmer's farm Iliyan Ilchev for permanent cherry farming using the organic production method - in the transition and hiring of cherry wood to be cultivated using the organic farming method in transition.

To restructure the farm and adapt it to market conditions, the farmer will increase the area of ​​cherry gardens by renting 6,300 decares of gardens in autumn / October / 2019. The newly-built cherry garden will be grown by the organic production method, and an annex to the contract will be concluded for this purpose. To reduce the manual labor on the farm, a water pump will be purchased in May 2019, with which an investment will start the implementation of the business plan at the latest nine months from the date of the conclusion of the financial assistance contract. Within 36 months from the date of signing the grant agreement, but no later than the end date of the business plan completion period, the farmer will meet the requirements for professional skills and competencies by completing a course with a duration of 150 hours, and / or completion of a 150-hour training course under sub-measure 1.1 "Vocational training and skills acquisition".In the event that the completion of a 150-degree course. hours includes an object and / or a module with a duration of at least 15 hours. hours of major environmental protection problems in the agricultural sector, the candidate will undergo this training at the same time, otherwise he / she will take part in a course and / or participation in information activities on these issues lasting at least 8 school hours. In order to respond to the plant protection law, the farmer will register it with the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency and will strictly start a diary for the application of plant protection products, fertilizers and soil improvers and will undergo a training course for working with second group preparations .
