Sub-measure 6.1 "Start-up for Young Farmers" under Measure 6 "Development of farms and enterprises" of the 2014-2020 Rural Development Program.

The candidate's estate is located in the village of Biser, Harmanli, reg. Haskovo where he grows 0,120 decares of pepper-greenhouse, 13,749 decares of permanent pruning 7,124 apple trees and 13,100 decares of dessert vineyards. There is an SPO of 15 990, 46 euro / 31 274,63 BGN. The crops are grown on seven land plots with a total area of 34,093 decares. The dessert vineyard is in fruiting and perennial plantations are in different vegetation periods. There are no permanent staff on the farm. Agro-technical activities are carried out by the applicant and through the hiring of equipment and manpower. The farmer adheres to the technological deadlines for the respective treatments, applying good agricultural practices. Young Farmer will sell the obtained tomato products in the vegetable retail market or through wholesale sales from the farm. The production of perennials also plans to sell on different market channels, looking for the optimal financial option.
