Start-up support for setting up and developing the farm of the young farmer Penka Kirova for peach-growing and hiring a cherry garden that will grow in a biological way.

To restructure its farm, the beneficiary will continue to cultivate 21,766 decares of peach gardens, and by the end of 2020 will rent 6,500 decares of cherry garden. In this way, it will fulfill objective 1 of its business plan - "Increase the economic size of the farm, measured in SOPs (minimum EUR 4000 SOP)" Will conclude a contract with a certification organization and start cultivating the new cherry garden in a biological way. In order to optimize the production on the holding, the beneficiary plans to purchase a cultivator suitable for the farm's needs. This investment is foreseen to be completed within nine months of the approval of the project.To acquire professional skills and competencies within 36 months from the date of signing the grant agreement, but not later than the final date of the business plan completion period, the beneficiary will complete a course of 150 hours. under Measure 1.1 "Vocational training and skills acquisition". In case this course includes hours (module) lasting at least 8 hours for environmental protection, the beneficiary will also pass it.Otherwise, it will look for another opportunity to participate in training on key environmental protection issues in the agricultural sector and / or to participate in information on these issues.
