Start-up support for a young farmer

The project proposal of the farm manager Emanuil Lyudmilov Emanuilov is in line with the objectives of sub-measure 6.1 "Start-up for young farmers" of measure 6 "Development of farms and enterprises" from the RDP 2014-2020 to facilitate and support the process of setting up of viable and sustainable farms and the promotion of employment. The expected results with a view to implementing the proposed project help to increase the number and share of young farmers in order to ensure sustainable development and facilitate structural changes in agriculture as well as to promote employment and job creation. The project proposal presents an agricultural holding consisting of 28,263 decares planted with tomatoes open production and melons in the land of the village of Gomotartsi, Vidin municipality, Vidin district. In view of the development of the agricultural holding and the increase in its economic size, the areas planted with melons and an increase in the areas planted with tomatoes are preserved. The strategy for the implementation of the project activities envisages the purchase of motofresh for improvement of the modernization of the holding, participation in training for acquiring professional qualification in the field of agriculture and training for preservation of the environmental components as well as transition to organic production for production of quality and environmentally friendly agricultural products from melons and tomatoes and creating employment for one person.
