Start-up support for setting up and developing a farm of young farmer Ivelina Nalbantova for organic cultivation of plums and quinces and creating a new plum garden, which will also be cultivated in a biological way.

In order to restructure his holding, the beneficiary will continue to cultivate 19,000 decares of plums and 3,859 decares of quaternary gardens and will lease 6,000 decares of land by the end of the 2020-2021 economic year. By mid-December 2021, she will buy herbaceous planting material and create a new 6,000 acres plum garden. The planting distances will be 5m. at 4m. or 50 pieces of trees per hectare. In this way, it will fulfill objective 1 of the business plan - "Increasing the economic size of the farm (minimum 4000 euro). It will be continue the contract with the certification organization and start cultivating the newly planted garden in a biological way. In order to increase productivity and reduce the cost of external mechanized services and to carry out all agro-technical measures in due time, the beneficiary plans to purchase motor hair - a Brush Cutter, suitable for the farm's needs. This investment is foreseen to be completed within nine months of the approval of the project. To acquire professional skills and competencies up to 36 months from the date of signing the grant agreement, but not later than the selected end date of the business plan verification period, the beneficiary will complete a course of 150 hours under Measure 1.1 "Vocational training and skills acquisition". In case this course includes hours (module) lasting at least 8 hours for environmental protection, the beneficiary will also pass it. Otherwise, it will seek another opportunity to participate in training on basic issues of environmental protection in the agricultural sector or / and will participate in information activities on these issues. With the increase in workload, the need to unlock a job increases. For this purpose at the latest by the beginning of July 2021 will be assigned one permanent full-time worker.
