Establishment of a viable and sustainable agricultural holding with main activity maintaining and creating permanent crops cultivated in a biologic way.

The Subsidiarity Assistant 6.1 currently processes 25,602 decares of agricultural land. The areas managed by the farmer are their own and are located in the territory of the village of Novgrad, municipality Tsenovo, Rousse district. The cultivated areas consist of 3 properties and are occupied with perennial plums - 22,000 decares and fallow land - 3,602 decares. Perennials are one year old and are not fruitful. They are of the Stanley variety and at their creation, the required density and planting pattern are respected. Orchards grown on the holding are in a transition period to organic production. For the purpose of restructuring and adaptation of the farm, the areas under cultivation which have permanent plum plantations will be increased by 6 decares. This will lead to an increase in the economic size of the holding compared to the initial size with at least BGN 4,000. For the needs of their farm, and in order to reduce the cost of external mechanized services, a milling machine will be purchased. New plum plantations will also be included in the organic production areas. She will complete a course in agriculture and will receive training on the main problems of environmental protection in the agricultural sector. The increased workload on the farm leads to the necessity of employing labor, so besides the employment of the young farmer, it will also provide employment for one person in the region.
