In order to achieve the viability of the farm and the proper implementation of the business plan, the applicant plans to perform the following activities: 1. As the size of the project is expanding, the need for a labor force arises and the applicant intends to open 1 year-long workplace by appointing a worker-plant worker on the labor contract in the second year of implementing the business plan. 4.To the date of the implementation of the business plan, training on environmental protection issues will be carried out using the "Knowledge transfer and awareness actions" of RDP 14-20. 5. By the date of the verification of the implementation of the business plan, 150 hours of training will be passed for the acquisition of professional qualification in the field of agriculture, using the 1 "Knowledge transfer and awareness actions" of the RDP 14-20. a manufacturer plans to buy his own second-hand tractor. This will require the purchase of tangible fixed assets under the project.
