Start-up aid for setting up and developing the farm of the young farmer Ivan Yordanov for growing peaches and hiring a new peach garden that will grow in a biological way.

To restructure his farm, the beneficiary will continue to cultivate 21,596 decares of peach gardens, and by the end of 2020 will rent another 7,000 decares of peach garden. In this way, he will fulfill objective 1 of its business plan - "Increase the economic size of the farm measured in the SAR (minimum 4000 euro). It will be conclude a contract with a certification organization and start cultivating the newly leased peach garden in a biological way. In order to optimize the production on the holding, the beneficiary plans to purchase a walk-behind tractor, suitable for the farm's needs. This investment is planned to take up to nine months after the approval of the project. To acquire professional skills and competencies up to 36 months from the date of signing the grant agreement, but no later than the final date of the verification period for the implementation of the business plan, the farmer will complete a course of 150 hours under Measure 1.1 "Vocational training and skills acquisition". In case this course includes hours (module) lasting at least 8 hours for environmental protection, the beneficiary will also pass it. Otherwise, he will seek another opportunity to participate in training on key environmental protection issues in the agricultural sector and / or to participate in information on these issues. With the increase of the farm capacity and the volume of work, the necessity of opening one job place is also increasing. For this purpose, at the latest by the beginning of August 2021, will be assigned one permanent full-time worker.
