The farm of Mihaela Noneva is mainly connected with growing of permanent plants. This project offer aims at improving the competitive power of the farm by employing one worker that will lead to a lower prime cost of the cultivated production. Buying farm equipment for personal purposes for investment will lead to high yields. It is expected that at the end of the fulfilment of the business plan part of the farm will be turned into organic/transition agriculture that will make the farm innovative.
