Start-up aid for the establishment and development of a farm of the young farmer Dobromir Ivanov specializing in growing peaches by the organic production method in transition and increasing the permanent crops by renting cherry and peach gardens that will grow in a biological way.

To restructure the farm and adapt it to market conditions, the farmer will hire / rent 5,000 decares of peach gardens and 1,050 decares of cherry garden in January 2020.The new gardens will also be cultivated using the organic method production, with an agreement to be signed in March 2020. A mower / trimmer will be purchased in May 2019 for the reduction of external mechanized services to maintain garden gaps in good agricultural and environmental condition, which will start the implementation of the business plan at the latest nine months from the date of conclusion contract for financial assistance. Within 36 months from the date of signing the grant agreement, but no later than the end date of the business plan completion period, the farmer will meet the requirements for professional skills and competencies by completing a course of training of 150 hours, possibly under sub-measure 1.1 "Vocational training and skills acquisition". In case the completion of education and / or a training course of 150 lessons includes a subject and / or a module of at least 15 school hours of basic environmental protection problems in the agricultural sector, the applicant will pass simultaneously and this training, otherwise he / she will participate in training and / or will participate in information activities on these problems lasting at least 8 school hours (2021).In order to respond to the plant protection law, the farmer will continue to regularly maintain a diary for the application of plant protection products, fertilizers and soil improvers and will pass a course of work with second-class preparations in 2020. In connection with an increase of the production, one job is to be opened at the latest one year before the submission of the final payment documents (no later than 1. 08.2021).
