Start-up support for setting up and developing farm for young farmer

Farm will develop only in the field of greenhouse vegetable production. Land covered with greenhouses will be increased on two stages. Implementation of the business plan begins in the first business year by purchasing a materials for establishment of 0,1200 hectares of greenhouses. Additional 0,0870 hectares will be build in the second business year. Total area covered with greenhouses at the end of the project will be 0,4100 hectares. Main crop in the greenhouse areas will be tomatoes. One of the properties occupied with tomatoes - open field production will be dropped off because it is based on one -year contract. For the other property, a long-term contract will be concluded and a new greenhouse areas will be build on it. That will make the farm more suitable to the market conditions. The cost of production will be significantly reduced. Farm will become more competitive. Farmer is planning to employ one person on a permanent employment contract in the second business year. She will declare each year her areas for direct payments support and state aid schemes applicable to her holding.
