The current agricultural activity of the applicant includes plum cultivation with a total area of 21,224 decares. Plantations are bred in a biological way. There is a control and certification contract with a controlling organization. Old plum plantations are grown, which are in good agricultural condition. All properties are rented, with notarized and entered Contracts for 7 business years. The activity of the holding is carried out entirely in the land of the village of Stokite, Municipality of Sevlievo, Gabrovo District. The farmer does not have his own agricultural machinery. There are no irrigation facilities, buildings or other facilities on the property. Plant protection chemicals and fertilizers are not used or stored on the holding. The requirements for keeping fertilizer logs and plant protection measures for all properties are complied with. The applicant himself organizes and manages his activity. No production staff is assigned. Currently he does not keep accounting. The activities needed for restructuring and adaptation of the farm are related to the maintenance of the existing perennial plum plantations and the lease of 6 decares in the fall of 2020. The applicant's plans are to include orchards in the biological activity of the holding. A worker will be recruited to improve the organizational structure of the farm in October 2019. For the improvement of mechanization on the farm, a splinter will be purchased in 2019. This will take place nine months after signing the Sub-Measure Approval Agreement. By the middle of 2020, the candidate will have completed a 150-hour course and a course on preserving environmental components in the agricultural sector.
