Start-up assistance for the establishment and development of a farm of the young farmer Yuzdzhan Dzhemalov, specialized in the cultivation of sour cherries and alfalfa by the process of organic production in transition and increasing the areas of the cherry gardens by creating a new garden on the area of ​​alfalfa and renting a ready- cherries, which will also grow in a biological way.

To restructure the farm and adapt it to market conditions, the farmer will increase the area with cherries by creating a 4,015 cherry garden on property №025024, in March-April 2020. and will rent 2 dka cherry garden in 2020. The new gardens will also be cultivated according to the organic production method, and for this purpose an annex to the contract will be concluded.To reduce the external mechanized services and to maintain the area around the trees in good agricultural and environmental condition, motto-shredding will be purchased in May 2019, with which the investment will start the implementation of the business plan no later than nine months from the date of conclusion of the grant agreement. Within 36 months from the date of signing the grant agreement, but no later than the end date of the business plan completion period, the farmer will meet the requirements for professional skills and competencies by completing a course of training of 150 hours, possibly under sub-measure 1.1 "Vocational training and skills acquisition".In the event that completion of education and / or a course of 150 lessons hours includes an object and / or a module of at least 15 subjects. hours of major environmental protection problems in the agricultural sector, the applicant will attend this training at the same time, otherwise he will participate in training, information on these issues lasting at least 8 school hours (2020).In order to meet the plant protection law, the farmer will register it with the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency and will strictly start to keep a journal on the application of plant protection products, fertilizers and soil improvers and will pass a course on working with preparations from the second group in 2019.
