Start-up support for setting up and developing farm for young farmer

The farm does have enough farmland for it's development. Farm will be specialized in the field of vegetable and permanent crops. Implementation of the business plan begins in the first business year by purchasing a tractor. During the first business year farm areas will be better utilized by incorporation potatoes on an area of 3,000 hectares as a precursor. In the second and third business years a pear orchard will be planted. By adding additional areas cost of production will be significantly reduced. Volume of production will increase. That will make the farm more suitable to the market conditions. With higher production volumes, the possibility of more profitable contracts for the purchase of wholesale products will be sought. Farmer is planning to employ one person on a permanent employment contract in the second business year. He will declare each year his areas for direct payments support and state aid schemes applicable to his holding.
