Start and sustainable development of a breeding farm for bee families and production of honey

Tanya Ivanova is 34 years old, a young person who has been involved with beekeeping since August 2017 year, when registering a apiary with a capacity of 360 the number of bee families. At the date of application cultivates 248 the number of bee families. The apiary of candidate is registered under Article 137 para 6 of the ZVMD in Odbh-Veliko Tarnovo under № 5185-0510/New 6127990016/. The location of the apiary is in a part of property in the village of Radanovo, municipality of Polski Trambesh, Veliko Turnovo District. The bee families are cultivated organically, as candidate has concluded a control contract with the certifying company Mako Certification Ltd. Tanya Ivanova has a secondary agricultural education and professional qualification "Farmer"-presents diploma and Certificate of Professional qualification, issued by the general school "Tsanko Tserkovski", in the town of Polski Trambesh. The Bee families are situated in a terrain with a way of permanent use "forests and shrubs in agricultural Lands" – Property № 61279.56.73 in the village of Radanovo, municipality of Polski Trambesh, region of Veliko Tarnovo. For 5 acres of the property candidate has signed a contract for a right of use with the municipality of Polski Trambesh with a term of 10 years-from 19.01.2017 G. To 19.01.2027. Candidate will increase its holding with a minimum of 4000 euro, by increasing the bee families with new 64 pieces – by breeding activity and reaching up to 312 bee families on the farm. In order to mechanized the process for extraction of honey, will buy centrifuge. By the year of the inspection will complete the short course for protection of the environmental components. It will continue to cultivate the existing and new bee families organically and will meet the requirements of regulation (EU/№ 834/2007, Regulation (EU/№ 889/2008 and № 1) of MZHG. will ensure employment of 1 number of production staff.
