Start-up aid for setting up and developing the farm of the young farmer Velimira Ivanova Ivanova for organic cultivation of perennial cherry plantations and creation of a new cherry garden, which will be cultivated also biologically.

The young farmer Velimira Ivanova grows 22 decares of cherry garden in the villages of Chintulovo and Gavrailovo, Sliven municipality, Sliven district and plans to buy agricultural land and create a new 6 decares of cherry garden. In this way, it will fulfill objective 1 of its business plan - "Increase the economic size of the farm measured in the SAR (minimum 4000 euro SOP)" and Objective 2 - "Increase farmland's arable farmland" by purchasing agricultural land, and objective 3 "Establishment of Perennials", will conclude a contract with a certification organization and will start cultivating the new cherry garden in a biological way. In order to optimize the production on the farm, the beneficiary plans to purchase a gas sprayer suitable for and for the needs of the farm, which is expected to take nine months after the approval of the project. With the increase in the size of the holding and the volume of work, one job is required. For this purpose, by the end of June 2020, 1 person will be appointed as a permanent full-time worker.
