Ivanela Nenova registered an agricultural activity with processing of 2,8500 hectares of agricultural land sown with spinach, secured with a lease contract for 7 business years. The farmer does not have her own land treatment equipment, she use a rental equipment. In the coming years, the implementation of the business development plan foresees an increase in the arable land of the holding and the creation of an orchard of 0,8 hectates of apples. At the moment of applying for the measure, besides the farm manager, there are no other hired personnel. It is envisaged that in the coming years from the implementation of the project activities to be hired a person on a permanent employment contract. Improvement of the farm mechanism and reduction of manual labor involves the purchase of a tractor. In order to increase the qualification of the farmer in the business development plan, the acquisition of professional skills and competences and the passage of environmental protection training are envisaged.
