The current agricultural activity of the applicant includes organic cultivation of stone fruit species - plums with a total area of ​​16.496 decares and pome fruits - apples with an area of ​​1.200 decares. The farmer has a control contract with a controlling organization for organic production. The farm is located in three villages - the village of Stokite, the village of Stolat and the village of Gorna Rositsa, Municipality of Sevlievo. A total of eight properties are leased and leased. The density of the orchards corresponds to the minimum area according to their type. The farmer does not have his own technique. If necessary, agricultural machinery is rented or external mechanized services are used. There are no irrigation facilities, buildings or other facilities on the property. Plant protection chemicals and fertilizers are not used or stored on the holding. The requirements for keeping logs for fertilization and plant protection measures for all properties are not observed. The applicant himself organizes and manages his activity. No production staff is assigned. Currently he does not keep accounting. The activities necessary for restructuring and adaptation of the farm are related to the maintenance of the existing perennial plantations with plums and apples and the creation of new 6,000 decares of plums in 2020 on new-earth land. To improve the mechanization of the farm will be purchased a grooming plant in 2019. By the end of 2021 the applicant will complete a course of 150 hours and a course on conservation of environmental components in the agricultural sector. The applicant has plans to create one job by assigning production staff to the farm at the beginning of 2021. Until the beginning of 2021, the applicant will have started running diaries for used fertilizers and plant protection products on a regular basis and will have prepared a risk assessment.
