The current agricultural activity of the applicant includes the cultivation of stone fruit species - prunes with a total area of ​​16,179 decares. Plantations are bred in a biological way. There is a property with a notarized seven-year lease. The total area of ​​the property is 27,897 acres. The Municipality of Apriltsi, as owner, leases 16179/27897 shares of the land with identifier 52218.633.1 with NTP Orchard Garden. A Certificate from the Municipality of Apriltsi, which describes exactly the coordinates of the rented common parts of the property, is presented. The activity is carried out on the territory of the town of Apriltsi, Apriltsi municipality, Lovech region. Plum gardens are fruitful. The minimum density is 35 trees per acre. The farmer does not have his own technique. If necessary, agricultural machinery is rented or external mechanized services are used. There are no irrigation facilities, buildings or other facilities on the property. Plant protection chemicals and fertilizers are not used or stored on the holding. The requirements for keeping a fertilization log and plant protection measures for the property being managed are complied with. The applicant himself organizes and manages his activity. No production staff is assigned. Currently he does not keep accounting. The activities needed for restructuring and adaptation of the farm are related to the maintenance of the existing plum perennial plants and the occupation of plum gardens of 7,000 decares in 2020. Plum-pined gardens will be included in the biological activity of the farm. To improve farm mechanization, a self-propelled lawn mower will be purchased in 2019. The mower will be purchased before nine months after signing a Sub-Measure Approval Agreement. By the end of 2019, the applicant will complete a course on environmental protection in the agricultural sector. Compliance with all existing and newly introduced EU standards will be achieved.
