The project is for growing perennial plants of plums and raspberries in the village of Chernyovo, Ihtiman municipality.

The estate of Ivan Zashev is a plant growing on the territory of the village of Chernyovo, Ihtiman, region Sofia. At present, the applicant grows 13,301 decares of plums, 2,994 decares of raspberries and 5,690 decares of carrots. The plantations are located on four properties, for which the applicant has signed a lease of 20 business years as of 15.12.2016. The total initial economic size of the holding amounts to EUR 14285.35. Prunes are grown using organic farming methods and raspberries and carrots - by a conventional method. During the implementation of the business plan, the applicant will plant 11,690 decares of plum perennials and buy agricultural machinery. The planned increase in the holding will be entirely crop-growing by a biological method.
