Establishment of a viable and sustainable agricultural holding with main activity maintaining and creating permanent crops cultivated in a biologic way.

The Subsidiarity Assistant 6.1 currently processes 21,272 acres of agricultural land. The farmer's land is rented and is located in the village of Yastrebovo, municipality Rousse, Rousse district. The cultivated areas consist of 2 properties and are occupied with perennial plums - 21,272 decares. A number of activities and actions will be carried out for the five-year development period of the holding, in order to restructure and adapt the farm to the market environment in the region. The farmer foresees that the cultivated areas, which have permanent plum plantations will be increased by 6,000 dka. This will lead to an increase in the economic size of the farm compared to the initial amount by at least EUR 4000. For the needs of their farm and in order to reduce the cost of external mechanized services, a rotor mower will be purchased. The new plantations of 6,000 decares will be included in the organic production areas. Thus, the entire holding will be included in the control contract with a certification organization for organic production. She will complete a course in agriculture and will receive training on the main problems of environmental protection in the agricultural sector. The increased workload on the farm leads to the necessity of employing labor, so besides the employment of the young farmer, it will also provide employment for one person in the region
