"Extension of a farm for cultivation of plums and natural meadows in Kostel and Gramatitsi"

The project proposal objectives fully correspond to the objectives of sub-measure 6.1 “Business start-up for young farmers”: 1.Facilitating and supporting the process of creating viable and sustainable farms or taking young people to already existing farms. 2.Promoting employment. The following specific objectives will be achieved with the project implementation: 1.Enlargement of the economic size of the agricultural holding, measured in the SPO (minimum of 4000 Euro SPO); 2.Enlargement of the arable farmland of the agricultural holding; 3.Improving the mechanization of the holding by purchasing equipment for the needs of the farm; 4. Acquisition of professional skills and competences (the candidate does not own and take up a commitment to meet the requirements within 36 months of the conclusion of the administrative contract but no later than the selected verification period); 5. Completion of a course including training on basic issues of environmental protection in the agricultural sector or participation in information activities on these issues; 6.Transition to organic production of the whole farm; 7. Creating additional employment and new jobs in the farm; The fulfillment of the project objectives will contribute to the extension of the agricultural holding of Martin Stefanov Trasliev, which will increase its vitality and competitiveness and will provide higher financial results.
