The applicant has secured a 7-year lease for real estate / buildings / for livestock breeding. At the moment of applying for the measure, besides the farm manager there are no other personnel. In the following years, the implementation of the project activities envisages an increase of the orchard farm of 6 decares of plums and the employment of 2 workers on the labor contract. For the processing of the orchard, the applicant does not own agricultural equipment and it is planned to purchase a mower for the activity.
