Start-up support for setting up and developing a farm of the young farmer Margarita Doneva for cultivation of greenhouse vegetables - tomatoes and cucumbers basic and second / intermediate crops cultivated by the organic farming method and increasing the areas with greenhouse vegetables, which will also be kept in a biological way .

In order to restructure the farm and adapt it to market conditions, the farmer will increase the greenhouse area by renting 0,850 decares of greenhouses in January 2022. For all greenhouse areas, organic farming methods will be applied, with an annex to the contract . In order to reduce the external mechanized services and carry out the basic processing in the short term and in the most appropriate moment, the motto-cutting will be purchased in May 2019.Within 36 months from the date of signing the grant agreement, but no later than the end date of the business plan completion period, the farmer will meet the requirements for professional skills and competencies by completing a course of training of 150 hours, possibly under sub-measure 1.1 "Vocational training and skills acquisition".In the event that completion of education and / or a course of 150 lessons hours includes an object and / or a module of at least 15 subjects. hours of major environmental protection problems in the agricultural sector, the candidate will attend this training at the same time, otherwise he will take part in a training course or information on these problems lasting at least 8 school hours (2021).In order to meet the plant protection law, the farmer will register it with the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency and will strictly start a logbook for the application of plant protection products, fertilizers and soil improvers (2019) and will pass a course to work with second group preparations in 2020. In connection with an increase in production, one job is to be opened at the latest one year before the submission of the final payment documents (at the latest from 08.08.2021).
