Vesko Ivanov is a registered agricultural producer from May 2018. The holding is specialized entirely in the fruit and vegetables sector. The farm of Vesko Ivanov is located in the village of Jitnitsa, Kaloyanovo municipality, Plovdiv, located in property № 009410 with an area of ​​28,046 decares, part of which is covered with slogans. He will grow late tomatoes, Polish production of an area of ​​19,100 decares. The applicant uses the agricultural land with a tenancy rent contract, registered at the Registry Office Plovdiv and at the Municipal Office of Agriculture in the village of Kaloyanovo. For the whole area of ​​the property, the farmer has signed a contract for control and certification of organic production with "INSTITUTE FOR CONTROL OF BIOLOGICAL PRODUCTS AD" with the logo "BIO ELLAS". He intends to plan the estate with cherries at the time of implementing the business plan, and to rent a property that also plants with cherries that grow under the rules of organic production. The farmer does not have his own equipment and uses external mechanized services for the agro-technical operations on the farm. Manages your own farm. Mr. Ivanov wants to appoint a single man on a labor contract, which will allow the implementation of all agro-technical activities on time and will positively influence the employment in the area. The increase in the area of ​​the holding and the crops cultivated on it in a biological way and the employment of labor will help to create a viable and sustainable farm. The transition to organic production will increase the applicant's income and hence its competitiveness. Organic crops will contribute to protecting the environment, increasing resource efficiency and mitigating the effects of climate change.
