Development of a young farmer's farm.

Yumer Hatib registered as a farmer on 04.05.2018. As of the date of application, the applicant has signed contracts for the lease of agricultural land on three properties as follows: agricultural property №012006 with a size of 12,501 decares in the territory of the village of Razdel, Municipality of Dulovo and orchard № 045022 with an area of ​​3 decares and №046014 with a size of 4,755 decares, in the land of Yarebitsa village, Dulovo municipality. The applicant will develop his / her farm entirely in the fruit and vegetable sector, except for the maintenance of plums on properties № 045022 and №046014, Yumer Hatib planted Polish tomatoes on property № 012006. At the time of application, as in the past, Yumer Hatib has not been registered as a sole trader, nor has a shareholding in the capital of commercial companies. The candidate holds a diploma for graduated from Shumen University "Bishop Konstantin Preslavski", master degree, specialty "Plant Protection", professional qualification "Agronomist in Plant Protection". Future intentions of the young farmer are to go entirely to organic production by concluding a contract for the control and certification of organic products. In this way, the applicant aims to achieve a higher quality of production, which will ensure a higher price, as well as higher income on the farm.
