Starting aid for the development of Angel Nikolaev Dimov, as a farmer

The farmer Angel Nikolaev Dimov started his activity on 24.07.2017. At this moment 40,176 decares are grown on the farm, of which 7,200 decares cherries, 15,100 decares apples, 6,300 decares strawberries and 11, 576 decares not planted. Cherries and strawberries are grown in a conventional way and apples are in transition to organic production. The agricultural land is located in region Plovdiv, Perushtitsa municipality, land of Perushtitsa with identification number 55909 in "Malkochev stone" locality and is used for rent with a contract signed for a period of seven years. The project foresees: on the farm to continue the transition to the organic growing of existing apples and certification of the holding as a bioproducer; 2 decares will be planted plums that will also be grown in a biological way; to continue growing cherries and strawberries by a conventional method, and the areas planted with strawberries will be increased stepwise until they reach 12,300 decares. It is also planned to make an investment by being bought 2,13 decares of agricultural land to ensure the replacement of the strawberry plantations. The farmer does not have the necessary education and competence so that he will complete a training course to acquire the relevant competence. It is also planned to hire a worker.
