Start-up aid for the development of a young farmer's farm - Maria Evgenieva Asenova

The farmer Maria Asenova manages a newly established orchard of 21,600 acres - plums, the Stanley variety in the process of transition to organic production. The land is leased for 10 years. At the moment, he does not own a technique, he uses a leased one, intends to buy equipment to reduce costs and increase production efficiency. It plans to increase the holding to another 5.8 decares of plums, also grown under organic production requirements, and to appoint a worker to provide systematic care for the orchard while strictly complying with the rules on organic production. She plans to undergo training to meet the requirements and acquire professional skills and competences, as well as to complete a course including basic safety training on environmental components in the agricultural sector. This project is applying for a grant of € 25,000
