Establishment and sustainable development of a plum-growing farm

Mehmed Djemil Mehmed started farming in the spring of 2018, renting 31,001 acres of land, of which 3,359 acres of deciduous forest. On the rented area are created 22 decares of perennial plantations - plums. The remaining area - 5,642 hectares for the application is free and the applicant plans to increase the economic size of his holding by creating permanent plums on this area. Thus, by the date of the inspection of the business plan, the total cultivated area (permanent crops) of the applicant will reach 27,642 decares. Mehmed Cemil Mehmed was registered as a farmer on 18.05.2018. Perennials grow biologically by signing a control contract with the certification company "Agency for Biological Certification" Ltd. The candidate has successfully completed the school year 2017/2018. "Ivan Vladimirovich Mihurin" Vocational School of Agriculture, Dolni Chiflik, Varna District, with the profession "Economist" specialty "Farm". The applicant will increase the SAR of his holding by 4087.63 EUR SOP, creating 5,642 hectares of perennial plantations - Plums. It will continue to cultivate the permanent crops in a biological way and will meet the requirements of Regulation (EC) No 834/2007, Regulation (EC) No 889/2008 and MAF Regulation No. 1. Will provide employment to 1 number of manufacturing staff. In order to mechanize the farm, he will buy a lawnmower to maintain the gap in the plantation. In order to acquire qualification and professional competencies in the field of agriculture, she will complete a course of 150 hours in the field of plant growing and, if possible, related to the cultivation of perennial crops. He will complete a course on environmental protection.
