Building workshop for carving wood with an exhibition center in UPI I-042031, district 113 according to the plan of the village of Kovachevtsi, Kovachevtsi

Radmila Tomova's project is aimed at building a Woodworking Workshop with a demonstration center. The workshop will be a metal hall where production and service facilities are provided - offices and staff premises. The project will be implemented in the village of Kovachevtsi, Kovachevtsi, reg. Pernik. The project includes costs for construction works for the construction of an Woodworking Workshop with a Demonstration Center. The building object of the present project is a metal hall, located mainly in the southern half of the regulated landed property. The building is monolithic, will be made of metal bearing structure, the foundations are reinforced concrete. The total built-up area of ​​the workshop planned for construction is 831sq.m. A road network is developed within the property, which provides pedestrian access and access to vehicles as well as large-sized trucks. There are also parking spaces for staff and customers. The space around the buildings is well-developed. There is a low vegetation, which is in compliance with the requirements for the aesthetic appearance of the building and the purpose of the property. Radmila Tomova relies on the construction of a site leading to high energy efficiency, which reduces the harmful effects on the environment. Besides investments aimed at construction and assembly activities, the project also includes investments in the purchase of the necessary tools and equipment for the normal functioning of the planned to build an artistic woodworking workshop and a demonstration center. In connection with the realization of the project Radmila Tomova plans to hire a total of 1 staff for the needs of the workshop. Radmila Tomova is a Master in the Handicraft Wood Processing and Wood Carving, holds a master certificate issued by the National Craft Chamber, which declares priority on criterion 1. Projects submitted by candidates with experience or education in the sector for which they apply.
