"Building a nursing home" (with a capacity of up to 20 people) in property IV - 036088, Rodopi, Tsalapitsa village

The project envisages the construction of a nursing home with a total built-up area of 422.40 sq.m. built-up area in the village of Tsalapitsa, Rhodope Mountains. The care home for elderly people will be built in a clean and peaceful place, a place that will provide quiet and uncommon daily living for the accommodated people. The construction of such a home requires good positioning, given the specifics of its activity. Elderly people respond in a poor way to tension, stress, noise and unhealthy conditions. In situational terms, the property on which the home will be built has all the necessary characteristics for building such an institution - the area is agricultural, quiet, away from noise, in a populated area where the adult population prevails, yet in close proximity to a large city, from where to obtain the necessary products and provisions for the service of the home, and also sufficiently accessible for the relatives and relatives of the settled people. Home staff needs staff to meet the requirements and specifics of home care, namely care for the elderly. A doctor will also be required to provide primary medical support. The implementation of the investment proposal will create new jobs. The appointment of 10 people is planned. The management of the company is convinced that the success of the company depends on the ability to meet the requirements and expectations of visitors and their relatives and relatives. Efforts of the company are aimed at effective management of processes influencing the quality of the services presented.
