Creating a cloud computing platform

The project proposal is an investment initiative to create a unified cloud platform for service delivery by creating a data center infrastructure with distributed computing resources to deliver virtual computational capacity and power in performing a complex computational task for processing 3D graphics models and scenes, their animation and rendering, and the like. The platform will launch with 20 HPC systems, whose computing resources will be leased to users who need high productivity for their projects. Efficient management and monitoring of the operating parameters of the overall platform will be done remotely and automatically in a large part of its parameters in order to achieve optimum performance. The basic service that will be offered through the single virtualization platform is the virtual computing capability, splitting according to the number of servers, with a minimum time for hiring a single server per hour. The creation of the virtualization platform is a completely innovative service that aims to provide computing resources through high-tech servers distributed in smaller portions or combined into a single entity depending on the target groups and their specific requirements for the need for computing resource in terms of the volume of data to be processed for the respective needs/project. The service offered is sufficiently flexible and competitive on the basis of the high-performance computing capabilities of the available infrastructure, which is an attractive option for a wide range of users in need of such services.
