Public service building - Old People's Home

The project complies with the norms and rules for designing according to legal and statutory regulations and regulations. The total number of accommodation places in the Old House is 24 people. Long-term care should be focused on the patient. Since long-term care includes social services and medical care, funding and delivery is very fragmented early, and this is not in the patient's favor. Since the reasons for receiving services are not defined in a centralized manner and with a non-clear focus on patients' needs, the mutual transfer of funds is common. As in many other countries, the social services sector and health sector do not have a formal mechanism for coordinating long-term care. Bulgaria has defined better coordination between health and social services as one of its priorities over the next few years. This includes concrete steps, such as building health care facilities in the homes for the elderly and the disabled.
