The investment intention of the applicant-beneficiary "Victoriya's House - Victoriya Govedarska" sole trader consists in the construction of a sports center with a swimming pool in the town of Hissarya. The envisaged investments and activities in the project proposal are aimed at creating and developing competitive and accessible services in the field of sports. The implementation of the Project aims at improving the overall activity, economic efficiency and competitiveness of the Candidate. The project proposal of the company will contribute to several aspects: • Promoting social inclusion; • Creation and development of non-agricultural activities; • Creating new jobs and creating sustainable employment; • Improving the quality of life in rural areas. To achieve the results, the following investments and activities will be carried out: 1. Construction of a sports center with a swimming pool in the town of Hissarya (Construction and assembly activities) 2. Purchase of technological equipment and equipment; The implementation of the project will contribute to the development of the applicant's sustainable economic activity, the provision of new services, the inclusion of new market segments, the prosperity of the company and its employees, which thus leads to increased competitiveness and sustainable development. The realization of the project will allow to achieve highly efficient and competitive development and create prerequisites for the high quality of the offered services. It will allow the company to position itself permanently and sustainably on the regional market. The objectives and expected results are in line with the priorities and indicators under sub-measure 6.4.1 "Investments in support of non-agricultural activities" of the RDP 2014-2020.
