The investment proposal of Alpin 2015 EOOD envisages the construction of a workshop which will be realized in a regulated landed property - I 053007.kv. 53, located in Pernik District, Radomir Municipality, Radomir. The investment proposal is related to the construction of a workshop, an open-air fence, vertical planning and installation of the necessary furniture and equipment. The building is designed for car service (without engine repair) with coffee and a staff rest room with a built-up area of ​​298.04 m². In the premises of the "Auto Service" and "Technical Inspection Point", there will be no engines in operation in a closed room and no harmful emissions from car burning. The investment proposal of the applicant will be implemented in the same municipality where the company has its registered office for at least one year with which the applicant declares points according to criteria 6.2 The applicant's investment is aimed at performing activity in sector G 45.20 "Maintenance and repair of motor vehicles", whereby the applicant declares points according to criteria 9.2. With the implementation of the investment proposal, the applicant will create 10 new jobs, which will encourage employment in rural areas and reduce seasonal fluctuations and therefore declare points according to criteria 6.1. Projects creating new jobs.
