With the present investment "TONI - 1981" Ltd. intends to build a House for providing social care for the accommodation of elderly people is the land of the village of Elov dol, municipality of Zemen. It is provided for the purchase of furniture and equipment for the needs of the home for accommodation of elderly people. The whole house will have 12 accommodation rooms and a total of 26 beds. Rooms will be separated as single, double and triple. The total amount of the investment amounts to BGN 759 624.72.
