Building a car service and car wash and purchasing equipment

With the present investment, PAN AM intends to build a car service, a car wash and to buy technological equipment in the town of Panagyurishte, Panagyurishte municipality. The designed building consists of two floors. On the first floor there are reception, auxiliary rooms, car wash and car service for light and cargo vehicles and partly second level with office function. The building designed for a car wash is designed as a complementary building of the main / car service on the first floor with a metal structure (columns, beams and slab) and walls of thermo panels with two cells for washing four cars, one box for heavy trucks and one cell for carpets and insoles. The total built-up area of ​​the buildings planned for construction amounts to 429.15 sq.m. The total amount of the investment amounts to BGN 631,138.46. The main services to be performed at the site are the following: - auto repair service (quick repair of a car); - auto repair service (slow auto repair); - rubber service (repair, adjustment and balancing, replacement and installation of the vehicle's inner or outer tire); - washing and cleaning of cars. This project proposal aims at promoting employment, opening new jobs and preserving existing jobs.
