Ambulatory for individual practice

With the present investment "DIMITRIA PAPARKOVA-2013" EOOD intends to reconstruct a building in the Ambulatory for individual practice in the territory of the town of Gotse Delchev. There will be an individual practice for primary medical care - dermatology, according to the requirements of the Ministry of Health and all medical standards. The premises include the following premises: a dermatological room; manipulation, apparatus, sanitary unit; a staff room; kitchen, warehouse for consumables, cleaner, reception room and technical room. The dermatological cabinet is equipped with a doctor's desk, a library cabinet for storing documents, a chair, a medical cabinet with two thick and two glazed doors, a medical couch, a sink with running hot and cold water, electrical sockets, a hanging hanger. The receptacle is equipped with: a desktop with a built-in computer and a monitor, a printer socket and a cash register; ergonomic chair, chairs for visitors. The manipulator is equipped with a medical couch, a refrigerator, a medical cabinet with two thick and two glass doors, a hanging hanger, a sink with running hot and cold water, electrical sockets, a dermatoscope, a microscope and an electric coagulator. In the rooms there are working cabinets with doors, medical couches, carts, medical laser platform, medical diode laser platform, functional radio-frequency apparatus, sinks with running hot and cold water, electrical contacts and more. The technological equipment in the site is in line with the modern requirements for treatment and information services for patients and staff. The total area envisaged for reconstruction and reconstruction amounts to 182.30 sq.m. The equipment and furnishing are provided for purchase. The total amount of the investment is 735 689,09 BGN.
