Construction and equipment of a rehabilitation and care home of elderly people, Stefanovo village, Radomir municipality, Pernik district

This project proposal aims to develop and provide services in the priority sector "Social care with accommodation of elderly people and people with disabilities". The project envisages the construction and equipment of a Rehabilitation and Care Home on the territory of the village of Stefanovo, Municipality of Radomir, district Pernik, where social care for elderly and disabled people with accommodation (permanent and temporary) will be provided. The investment in the project includes construction and assembly works to build Rehabilitation and Care Home in accordance with all the requirements and highest quality standards in the provision of social services, affordable equipment for people with disabilities, purchasing equipment and furnishings, building an autonomous photo-voltaic system for own consumption, aiming at resource efficiency and sustainable development. The project will promote the social inclusion and well-being of older people and people with disabilities, which develops non-agricultural activities in rural areas and promotes sustainable employment through the discovery of 10 new sustainable workplaces. The objectives, activities and expected results of the project fall entirely within the scope of Priority 6 of the 2014-2020 "Promotion of Social Inclusion, Poverty Reduction and Economic Development in Rural Areas" and Priority Area 6A) "Facilitating Diversification, creation and development of small enterprises and job creation ", contributing to the achievement of the objectives of the procedure and the sub-measure 6.4.1. of the 2014-2020 RDP. The project includes investment activities for the production of bio-energy and renewable energy for own consumption, which is in full compliance with the intersectoral objectives related to environmental protection. The project implements horizontal policies - equality and non-discrimination and sustainable development.
