Expanding the activity of Techniks LTD through the construction of warehouse and service premises.

The project was developed at the request of the contractor Techniks LTD, Kubrat, in accordance with the issued sketch with a design visa by the Municipality of Kubrat and correspondence letters from the Electricity Distribution - Razgrad, Water and Natural Gas - Kubrat and RIEW - Rousse. There is a common storage space for receiving and storing the spare parts for repairing and servicing cars and agricultural machinery and equipment, as well as a small household part for dressing rooms and a bathroom for the staff, a rest room and a second level office separated by a reinforced concrete slab and access by a metal staircase.
