Construction of an Elderly House in Enev Rut village

The project proposal aims building of Elderly House in the village of Ennev rat, municipality of Sevlievo and is related to the development of services in Section Q, Section 87 "Medical-social care with accommodation". The countryside is a very suitable location for this type of home - with its tranquility, clean nature, near the city center. Siyubuild Ltd. has experience in the sector for which it is applying - the company has an additional economic activity "Social care with accommodation for seniors and people with physical disabilities". The site has an approved investment project in the "Technical project" phase in compliance with the requirements of the Territorial Planning Act and Ordinance No. 4 of 2001 on the scope and content of the investment projects. A Building Permit has been issued. The building is designed on two floors, with capacity for 24 elderly people. There are 11 double rooms and 2 for one person, functionally allowing the accommodation of disadvantaged people. The home will accommodate elderly people with normal health status and without psychological abnormalities, it is possible to work with the elderly, with a social worker, psychologist and doctors with various medical specialties, for carrying out urgent and periodical medical examinations. As a result of the investment in the House for the elderly will be revealed 11 new jobs for nurses, sanitaries, kitchen workers, hosts. The project is in line with the priorities of the "Development of services in all sectors and other non-agricultural activities" under sub-measure 6.4.1. "Investments in support of non-agricultural activities" under the PRSR 2014-2020.
