Supply, installation and configuration of equipment for the Monitoring Center in Rakovski, Rakovski, reg. Plovdiv

The planned Monitoring Center in the town of Rakovski, Rakovski, reg. Plovdiv will fully manage the services provided by AVRORA-BG Ltd., namely: "physical security" of sites in the aspect: control of objects; control of security guards; processing and archiving of security guards' responses to technical security systems, as well as monitoring, processing and archiving signals from: CCTV and fire detection systems; signaling-security systems from customer. The necessary investment for the realization of the investment intention of AVRORA-BG Ltd. amounts to BGN 283 144.50 without VAT and includes the construction of a modern Monitoring Center / its component parts are duly described in the annexes to this project proposal. "AVRORA-BG" Ltd. will provide security with video surveillance, which includes monitoring of a remote object through a pre-installed system and secure connection between the site and the Monitoring Center. The monitoring will be done in real time and will provide reliable and effective visual monitoring as well as a follow- .When occurrence of the need to check an event or actions, a record will be provided and professional assistance will be provided in his analysis. By the specialized monitoring software provided for purchase in the current project proposal will visualize and process the signals from the CCTV system in the site and the operators in the Monitoring Center will analyze in a timely and adequate manner any situation that has arisen and will, if necessary, provide an immediate reaction with a car patrol team. Alarm signals from all guarded objects are sent to the Monitoring Center, with operators in the center keeping a regular radio link with the security teams. This will allow to direct the response teams directly and to make the necessary communication with the customers of the service.
