Modernization of the Automotive Service of Sole Proprietor "Blagoy Georgiev - Kassandra"

This project proposal presents the investment intentions of sole proprietor "Blagoy Trenev - Kassandra" , to modernize and increase the capacity of its maintenance and repair activities. The attached business plan presents a financially and economically justified investment whose main purpose is to provide services that favor the development of the economy in the region, support diversification into non-agricultural activities and promote job creation and income enhancement in rural areas. The main activities of the project include the construction and installation of energy efficiency measures in the service hall belonging to the sole proprietor, the supply and installation of an autonomous photo-voltaic installation for own use, as well as the purchase of modern equipment for carrying out the main activities subject to the business plan. Once the investment has been realized, the sole proprietor's business will improve in terms of capacity enhancement (new machines are much more efficient and quick to diagnose and repair damage) to meet growing demand, and to achieve better performance of the repairs carried out. In addition, conditions will be created for the appointment of additional staff. As a result of the implementation of the project, sustainable employment growth in the rural area is expected, improving the quality and quantity of the services provided by the sole proprietor as well as reducing the harmful impact on the environment and improving the sustainability of the pressure on it.
