Construction of a complex for maintenance and repair of automobiles

The project envisages the construction of a complex for maintenance and repair of automobiles in the town of Radnevo. At present, G. MANCHEV Ltd. develops its activity in rented premises. The base is not enough to serve the applicant's clients. For this reason, the owner of the company decided to build a new complex for complete servicing of cars and repairs. A technical project has been prepared for the new site, which was submitted to the Municipality of Radnevo for the issuance of a building permit. Within the framework of the envisaged investment project, a building will be built in which will be divided three parts: a control-technical point, a service station with eight posts and an administrative part on two levels. After commissioning the site, new jobs will be opened.The site for the construction of a garage is located in the southwestern part of Radnevo, Vasil Levski Str., Reg. XIV-188, district 144.The workshop is a working room with six two-column electromechanical hoists, the approach of which is from the main street Vasil Levski.In the hall are two more four-column electromechanical hoists with separate entrances to the main street and a canal for repairing buses and cars with a separate entrance from the secondary street to the east.There is also a repair area and a balance of tires and wheels with a separate entrance south to the car park and two technical premises.The building is rectangular in a plan with dimensions 31.55m to 28.50m and is divided into two main parts - a two-storey warehouse with an office, and a technical part for car service and ATS.
