Construction of a children's entertainment center in the town of Kocherinovo.

"Ljubi i Dashteri" Ltd. is a registered agricultural producer, which since 2017 has been in the transition to organic production of sheep's milk. This project will support the start-up of a new business activity of the company that will be in the field of childcare. Construction of the "Children's Entertaining Center" is planned, including recreation rooms and children's playgrounds with play facilities in UPI XII-979 according to the plan of the town of Kocherinovo to be established as a training and entertainment for children and youth in Southwest Bulgaria. "Ljubi i Dashteri" Ltd. is the owner of a massive two-floor building, which is located next to the "Trite Chuki" area, a favorite place for recreation and walks of children and adults. It is surrounded by meadows and pastures, which allows for horseback riding, games and fun. The project has three main activities: 1. Construction works according to the technical design and building permit. 2. Buying the right furniture and equipment 3. Consultancy services for project preparation and management The repairs will cover the entire building. The envisaged buildings are in compliance with the requirements for ecological and energy efficiency and the micro-climate in the premises will be guaranteed the fitting of appropriate joinery, external insulation and heat pump. Revenues will be mainly provided by the following three events, which will be provided by the children's center: holding of children's parties, specialized training and activities in the halls and in the nature. It is planned to hire 4 new employees on a full-time basis, three of them as kitchen staff and one animator.
